Charlotte's Ballpark Where the City Plays

Home of the Charlotte Knights, Truist Field delivers AAA baseball with a skyline view steps from Uptown Charlotte.

About Us

Rated 4.7 stars by over 4,000 fans, Truist Field earns that score the hard way: clean concourses, sightlines that make every seat feel like a good one, and a backdrop of the Charlotte skyline that no other minor league park in the Carolinas can match. Arrive on S. Mint Street and the scale of the place hits you immediately. This is not a tired, decades-old ballpark doing its best. It is a modern facility built with intention, and fans notice.

Inside, the concession variety runs well beyond the usual ballpark staples. The fried PB&J has become something of a cult item among regulars, and the food program keeps pace with Charlotte's food scene in a way that surprises first-timers. The energy on game nights is the kind that fills the gaps between pitches, not just the moments of action on the field.

As the official home of the Charlotte Knights, the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, Truist Field hosts a full season of professional baseball from April through September, plus special events and group outings year-round. The front office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, for tickets, group bookings, and everything in between.

What We Offer

Truist Field is the anchor of Charlotte's sports calendar, offering single-game tickets, season packages, and a robust group experience program built for corporate outings, birthday parties, and community nights. Suites and premium seating options put guests directly above the action with dedicated service and catering.

Beyond game days, the venue hosts special events, concerts, and community programming throughout the year. The Charlotte Knights front office coordinates everything from bobblehead giveaway nights to post-game fireworks shows that light up the Uptown skyline. Group coordinators are available during office hours to build a custom package around your budget and headcount.

Tickets are available online at charlotteknights.com or through the box office, with accessible seating options throughout the stadium. Parking and public transit connections via Lynx Blue Line make getting to 324 S. Mint Street straightforward from nearly any neighborhood in the metro area.

"Okay let me explain. After a horrible hotel experience 30 miles away at Lake Cornelius, we were able to book a proper stay at the Kimpton in Charlotte. We get to our room with no expectations only to look out the window on the 18th floor and see a ball field. Since we had no real plans we decided to go on an adventure. The Charlotte Knights, the triple A farm team for the White Sox vs our ex home team The Norfolk Tides the triple A farm team of the Orioles. We get amazing tickets at a beautiful price, we see Jackson Holiday, Heston Kjerstad, Sam Huff, Kyle Teel and others play an amazing game. Then Fireworks to close it out, all celebrating Military Veterans. God is far too good for us to have had such a beautiful night, so unexpected and one to cherish."

"Truist Field is an absolute gem and easily one of the best ballpark experiences around. From the moment you arrive, everything feels modern, clean, and incredibly well-designed. The atmosphere is electric, whether you're a die-hard baseball fan or just there for a fun outing. The seating offers great views from almost every angle, and the attention to detail throughout the stadium really stands out. There are plenty of food and drink options, far beyond typical ballpark fare, making it easy to find something for everyone. The surrounding area adds to the experience too, with a lively, welcoming vibe before and after the game. What really sets Truist Field apart is how comfortable and fan-friendly it feels. The staff are helpful, the layout is easy to navigate, and there’s a strong sense of community throughout. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy the game, and make lasting memories. Whether you're visiting for the first time or coming back again, Truist Field delivers a top-tier experience that keeps you wanting more."

"Nice ballpark with a good city line view. A very good variety of concessions. Pricey for a AAA ballpark. Had the fried PB&J but it turned out to be fried uncrustables that were priced at 10 bucks. Not really worth it."

"Beautiful ball park and a great city skyline view of Charlotte. Game was awesome and the fireworks display was top tier for a baseball game! Highly recommend catching the Knight's in action. Especially if you can get suite access!"

"A very big THANK YOU to Taryn with the Charlotte Knights! I attended the Firefighters vs Tailgaters game on June 4th. I accidentally left my purse under my seat and didn’t realize until I got home. I rushed back and Taryn was there to help me. She escorted me back to my seat and kept me calm. We found my purse!! She is seriously my hero! I’m so thankful for her help!"
